Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small values a website can store in your browser and receive on later requests. Local storage stores information in your browser without automatically attaching it to each request. Privacy rules may cover both technologies.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager are configured to load only after analytics permission. We measure page visits and confirmed inquiries; inquiry text and contact details are excluded. Advertising integrations are not active. Any future provider requires an updated inventory and appropriate controls before activation. Fonts and portfolio preview images are delivered with the website. Following an external link opens a different website with its own practices.
What this website stores
We store your privacy choice in the first-party local-storage entry martyanoff-consent-v1 for 180 days. It contains the consent version, analytics and advertising choices, the choice time and expiry time. It contains no inquiry details or advertising identifier and is not sent to our server. A previous dismissal of our informational notice does not count as consent.
Expired, invalid or outdated preferences require a new choice. If local storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current document and you will be asked again after a reload. With analytics permission, Google Analytics may store _ga and _ga_ cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions, normally for up to two years subject to browser and provider settings. We use property G-4F15QH0R55 through container GTM-P5CVC2J4. No Google Analytics or Tag Manager requests are made by this integration before analytics permission.
Separate staff administration pages may use essential session and security cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. They are not visitor analytics and are not used by the public inquiry form. Hosting security systems may process request information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your controls
The inquiry form works without optional tracking. Choose Accept all, Reject optional or Customize; Analytics and Advertising are initially off. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw permission. Closing settings without saving keeps your existing choice. Advertising permission covers advertising measurement and personalization, but no advertising tags are currently active.
Withdrawing an existing permission reloads the page to stop loaded tags and removes accessible first-party Google cookies for the withdrawn category. Unsaved form text may be lost. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not itself delete information already received by Google. Your browser can also clear site data or block cookies. Blocking optional storage does not prevent project inquiries.
If our use changes
Before introducing optional analytics or advertising technologies that require permission, we will update this policy and provide the required choice before those technologies run. Where consent is required, refusal must be as easy as acceptance and consent must be withdrawable. Your current choice does not cover materially different future purposes; we will request a new choice where needed.
